Miller named AD3I baseball Player of the Week

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Finlandia University freshman infielder/pitcher Alex Miller (Cross Plains, Wis.) is this week’s Association of Division III Independents baseball Player of the Week. To start the season, Miller went 11-of-33 (.333) from the plate, including two doubles, one triple and five runs scored. He also earned a win on the mound, going 1-1 on the week. Miller struck out 11 and walked only four in nine innings of work.
