Schweiss named AD3I baseball Player of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – University of Dallas sophomore pitcher Michael Schweiss (Parker, Colo.) is this week’s Association of Division III Independents baseball Player of the Week. In three appearances on the weekend, he compiled a 2.08 ERA in 8 2/3 innings. He struck out eight in his relief efforts.

Reveles selected as AD3I softball Player of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – University of Dallas sophomore pitcher/infielder Liana Reveles(Austin, Texas) has been named the Association of Division III Independents softball Player of the Week. In a pair of games, Reveles went 3-of-5 (.600) and produced a .800 slugging percentage on the weekend. She drove in one run and added a double.

All Players of the Week for All Sports

The Association of Division III Independents Player of the Week awards program begins on August 31, 2009 and is based on nominations from the organization's member schools.
