Wray receives Association of Division III Independents women’s soccer Player of the Week award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Trinity Washington University sophomore midfielder Macee Wray (Baltimore, Md.) has been named the Association of Division III Independents women’s soccer Player of the Week for the second straight week. In the final home game of the season, Wray put away three goals and added an assist as the Tigers defeated Mount Saint Vincent, 7-0. All three goals were unassisted, including one via free kick just outside the 18-yard box. Wray now has seven goals and seven assists on the season.

The Association of Division III Independents Player of the Week awards program begins on August 31, 2009, and is based on nominations from the organization's member schools.
