KANSAS CITY, Mo. – University of Dallas senior forward Joe Packard (Lindale, Texas) is this week’s Association of Division III Independents men’s basketball Player of the Week. In one game, Packard had 13 points and five rebounds for the 6-4 Crusaders. He also chipped in three steals, two assists and a block in a 54-53 win over Luther College.
