Mosley Jr. receives Association of Division III Independents men’s basketball Player of the Week award

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Illinois Institute of Technology freshman guard Anthony Mosley Jr. (Chicago, Ill.) has been awarded the Association of Division III Independents men's basketball Player of the Week. Mosley put up 24 points, eight rebounds, eight assists and three steals as the Scarlet Hawks picked up a 79-59 victory over Moody Bible on Tuesday. The freshman shot 47.1 percent from the floor and went 8-of-9 from the charity stripe in 34 minutes of action. The guard picks up Player of the Week honors for the second time this season and currently ranks third in the Association with 19.3 points per game.
