Roberson receives Association of Division III Independents men’s basketball Student-Athlete of the Month award

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Pine Manor College junior guard Taverick Roberson (Pittsfield, Mass.) has been named the Association of Division III Independents men's basketball Student-Athlete of the Month for November. The junior averaged 18.9 points, 5.3 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 2.7 steals per game as the Gators went 4-3 during the month of November. The guard scored in double figures in six of the seven games, including a month-high 30 points in Pine Manor's win over Eastern Nazarene on November 22nd. Roberson also put up 29 points at Colby on November 18th and recorded his 1,000th career point at Maine-Augusta on November 29th. The junior reached the milestone in his 54th game and became the first Pine Manor College male ever to score 1,000 points.
