OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Illinois Institute of Technology sophomore guard Anthony Mosley Jr. (Chicago, Ill.) has been awarded the Association of Division III Independents men's basketball Player of the Week. Mosley Jr. averaged 19.0 points, 7.0 assists, 5.3 rebounds and 2.7 steals per game as the Scarlet Hawks went 3-0 on the week. The sophomore began the week with 23 points on 8-of-9 shooting from the floor along with ten assists as Illinois Tech defeated Fontbonne on Monday. The guard concluded the week with 25 points on 8-of-11 shooting, while adding six assists and five rebounds as the Scarlet Hawks earned a victory over Pacific Lutheran on Sunday. Mosley Jr. shot 71.4 percent from the floor on the week and is second in the Association with 6.6 assists per game.
