TeKolste named Association of Division III Independents women’s basketball Player of the Week

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Nebraska Wesleyan University senior guard Felicia TeKolste (Firth, Neb.) has been selected the Association of Division III Independents women's basketball Player of the Week. TeKolste ended the week averaging 28.5 points per game on 56.4 percent shooting in two games for the Prairie Wolves last week. The senior began the week with a career-high 32 points against Hastings College on Wednesday, going 12-of-19 from the floor and scoring over half of the team's points in the game. On Senior Day Saturday, the guard added 25 points on 10-of-20 shooting against Dordt and is now third on the Nebraska Wesleyan all-time scoring list with 1,308 career points.
